1. Copyright & Usage
I (the artist) keep full copyright to all commissioned artwork.
You (the client) may use the final artwork for personal use only.
You may not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork commercially without my permission.
Please credit me when sharing the artwork publicly.2. Delivery
All finished artwork is delivered digitally.
You will receive a high-resolution file of the final piece.3. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
Full payment (or a deposit, if applicable) is required before I begin working.
You may request a full refund only if I have not started the artwork whitin the firsts 7 days after payment, after that you may be entitled to a 50% refund of the commission amount.
Once work has begun, refunds are not available.4. Artist Rights
I may display the finished artwork in my portfolio, social media, or for promotional purposes.5. Client Conduct
Please communicate respectfully and provide clear references and instructions.
Major changes after the final artwork is delivered may require an additional fee.
